Welcome to Srpski Koreni ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our App, including all content, functionality, and services provided by Nebojša Janković ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Srpski Koreni, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY

There is no minimum age requirement for using the App.

3. LICENSE TO USE THE APP

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code.
• Distribute, resell, or exploit the App commercially.
• Use the App for unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you are required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

5. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

The App offers subscriptions and in-app purchases:

• Payments will be processed via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
• Subscription services will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds for subscriptions are allowed only for accidental renewals if requested within 48 hours.
• No partial refunds for unused time, unless required by law.
• Refunds for technical issues or fraudulent transactions are subject to review.

6. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

The App collects and processes the following personal data:

• Name
• Email
• Location
• Usage data

User data is shared with Google Analytics and Firebase for analytics purposes only.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

There are no specific restrictions on user behavior within the App. However, any misuse or unauthorized access may result in account suspension.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App belong to us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. You use the App at your own risk.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by Serbian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Serbian courts.
